Wedding Woes

s/o red sauce

I'm not sure I ever told you guys, but I made Cook's Illustrated's "Sunday Gravy" for Christmas dinner and it was the most awesome thing ever.   RECOMMEND.  The key was the hot italian sausage and baby back ribs.    And those San Whatever tomatoes.
I really want to make it again but it makes enough for about 20 people and I don't have a very big freezer.
I also made homemade alfredo sauce that is THE BOMB.   Pay no attention to the 4 sticks of butter...
