Invitations...Printing, envelopes and paper cost?

Hey everyone! One of my friends has designed our wedding invitations for us and has founds someone to print and buy envelopes and paper from. I'm curious how much others have spent on printing, paper, and envelopes. I want to make sure we're getting a good deal. For everything it will run us about $330. Is this reasonable? Thanks!

BTW...this is for 175 complete invitations.

That sounds reasonable to me. When you do the division 330/175, that is about how much I paid for mine with paper and printing, if not a little less.

i spent a total of about 550 for 200 invites, STD's, TY's, programs, placecards, table numbers, envelopes and all paper related stuff...i would say the price you have is good. i only ran through one ink cartridge printing, but it was used when i started, and i only used it a little bit after i changed it.. don't forget to account for cost of glue, if you're assembling on your own.

For 80 pocketfolds, invites and STDs done on our home printer:

    Paper & envelopes: $80
    Ink Cartridges:  $40
Other craft supplies (Paper cutter, adhesive roller, etc.): $50

So we spent just over $2 per household. If we were more careful about paper selection we could have gotten it down to $1.50. We'll also get some use out of the leftover paper for escort cards, table names, etc. Still it's hard to get much lower than $1.25 per for pocketfolds.

I'm late, but ditto PPs - sounds like a reasonable price.
