my employee and I are writing up info to train her replacemetn

(she's moving on to bigger and better in a few months here.  boo!).

THe phrase 'do not engage the crazy' is on here.  I think I need to make that sentence a bit more professinal.

But it's much clearer as 'do not engage the crazy' than "Use discretion.  If a client is very angry/upset/agitated, rather than further agitate this individual, refer them to GBCK or BossLady or contact GBCK and BossLady to have the situation addressed"
