I am having a bride breakdown at 2:30 in the morning haha!
I'm getting married in a little less than a year. I found a beautiful old mansion we can rent for the reception and ceremony. I love it! The only problem is, the decor is welll...vintage. The wallpaper is red/burgandy with wood floors. My wedding dress is a vintage/modern mix. It's an empire waist dress with lace, the bodice is pleated mesh and the bottom of the dress in also the pleated mesh. Well the problem is, I wanted my colors to be hot pink, orange, and light green. The flowers gerbera daisies. But I fear that will CLASH with the venue. I've mulled over changing the colors but I can't even begin to think of something that would be summery and go with burgandy. Where's David Tuttera when you need him?? Can anyone shed some light on my mess?
(PS-The other venue I am considering is $100 more and I would have to stock and hire my own baretender. As for decor it's not much modern than the one I am already considering : /)
