Lunch Reception Menu Ideas

Ladies! I need help!!!
I'm planning on having my wedding at 11am
and the reception will start at 12pm which falls right at the lunch time.

Estimated number of guests are between 100-120.
I am a bride on a budget (I'm thinking I'll spend $20/head TOPS) on food.
So idea of hiring a caterer is out of the door.

I'd much rather do finger food / dessert type of very very simple / light meals for the reception... however I've got some issues... if I were to go with my plan...

Here are the constraints that I have:
1. OUT OF TOWN GUESTS - I've got most of my fiance's side of the family coming from Chicago and all my family's flying in from Canada and Korea. Not to mention that many of our friends are flying in from various cities.
Did I mention that we're having our wedding in Atlanta? I need to treat these people well and just serving some shitty finger food etc will not do.

2. The Venue - it's quite grand. It's on a roof top and it's HUGE.

3. We need to mix in some American / Korean food...
Some American guests won't dare to touch the Korean food
and some Korean guests won't touch the American food.
I think most would be happy medium willing to try both out

4. Dance Floor on the second floor - meal will be on the first floor...
Need to make sure that ppl are about done with their meal around the same time

I need cost effective yet elegant menu (perhaps a sit down meal)
where guests would feel like they were treated well.

Any ideas?

I was considering getting some salad and panini sandwiches to go from local deli...
hire some college kids to put them on a legit plate w/ decor
and serve it... (as 2 course meal) lol with some fruits / soup...
then serve cake

We've also considered some ideas with Korean buffet with rolls on the table...

Or just have salald on the table when ppl walk in, have buffet of some pastries, sandwiches, korean bbq, korean noodles, rice cake, fruits, cheese, pinwheels etc. Then serve the cake... I

I dont' know.. I'm going crazy.... HELP
