I posted a question earlier, but I need to clarify some points.
I am getting married next August in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. My FI and I have rented a Gazebo on a horsestable for our reception. We have invited 111 people to the wedding (113 people including my FI and I). The Save the Dates have already been sent out. However, the gazebo can hold 80 people for dinner and dance OR 90 people for just dinner. We were thinking that a bunch of people we invited were not going to be able to make it because it is a destination wedding, but we were so surprised to find out there was so much interest. This trip will cost most of my guests $1000+ in travel and accomodation.
We came up with the solution of setting up a tent beside the gazebo so we could all have dinner together and then people could go over to the dance floor (in the tent) when they felt like it. I think the guest list will decline to at least 90 people. Does this sound sensible?
My heart is set on this place. It is gorgeous and we don't have many options in the rockies as my brother has disabilities and can't access other places.
