It has been suggested to me by some close friends (who would be guests at the wedding) that I should look into the option of having the guest pay for the price of their plate at the reception. The reason they gave is that its like going out to dinner that they would normally pay for, except they would also be partying and having desert and gifts (favors). How is that done? How would it be worded on the invitation if I were to choose to go that route?
Any suggestions?
