Due to a family illness, we are postponing our wedding by a few months. We are thinking of St. Patrick's Day - as my fiance is 100% Irish and VERY proud of it.
I am Italian and not an ounce of Irish and don't know the first thing about traditions/foods/etc that could make the ceremony and menu have a little Irish flair without being all green and leprechans (see? I don't even think I spelled that right!) We are having our ceremony at a relatives beautiful home followed by a brunch, as it is a 2nd marriage and three younger children involved. Thoughts?
