Here's my post from earlier! :)I want to set up a challenge that encourages, motivates, and keeps us accountable. Here are my thoughts: 1. I can set up fitness buddies 2. We can do weekly challenges3. We can have a goal of working out 4x a week (whether it's the Shred, running, or other)Here are some example weekly challenges (on top of your 4x a week workouts): 1. Add in 5 sets of 10 lunges, push ups, and sit ups2. Tract and ensure you are eating 6-8 servings of veggies/fruit and your 8 glasses of water (try to limit sodas, coffee, tea, etc)3. Jumping jacks, marching in place, dips, or stairs for 5 mins each day 4. Add an extra workout in 5. Take the stairs, park your car in the back of the parking lot, do what it takes to get in a few extra minutes of walking each dayOkay ideas, suggestions, inputs?
