Florida Ceremony

I think I've decided that I'm going to have the destination wedding! Yay! Now I just have to decide where! Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences for ceremony sites, preferrably in Florida or on the east coast since I'm from PA. Thanks!

    AlaskanAlison is getting married in Key West. I don't know much about the area, but I do LOVE House Hunters on HGTV and there is an episode with a family buying a vacay home there and it looks AMAZING!!! I am pretty sure there are a few FL brides here!! Congrats on the best decision of your wedding planning process, at least IMHO!!!!

    hi.. congrat on the decision! we are doing a destination wedding on the beach in key west, fl. we've never been there before but after lots of research, it seems like a great place.  im east coast like you, im from nj, so fl. was a destination not tooo far from home. ive just started on this board, but i have seen some other FL brides and im sure you'll get lots of suggestions. :)

    CONGRATS on planning a destination wedding! These girls on this board are wonderful and very helpful with anything you need!! I am getting married at Sand Key Park, Clearwater FL.  The gulf side is amazing beaches and water, and a bonus for most of my guest is that Orlando is only about an hour and a half away!
