my version of an egg mcmuffin from McDonalds. Whole wheat english muffin, with one egg, cheese slice and low fat turkey slice. Yummy!!

Two Wasa crackers spread with LF Laughing Cow cheese and topped with sliced deli turkey.  And a sliced tomato.  Mid-afternoon snack will be a strawberry, grape and nectarine salad - yummy!
