Sorry for ANOTHER post, but I have a few questions regarding our invitations for our Wedding Celebration. Here's the situation. We leave in one month...yay! for Mexico. We'll be gone for 2 weeks. Our wedding celebration is Janaury 23rd. We are fortuante that a lot of our guests are going to Mexico so we decided not to do the whole reception over again. Instead we are doing appetizers, beer/wine, etc...It's on a Saturday afternoon...more of a little party then anything for the people who aren't able to go. Anyhow, here are my questions....1. Is it tacky to not do response cards since it's so casual? I'm thinking of just including a response with my phone number and email address. 2. What did you guys do for these invites? I am thinking of something very basic. A nice postcard of some sort. Does anyone have examples they care to share?3. What the heck do I do with the wording for this one?!! I'm stumbling over this big time!!4. What's the latest I can send these back? My RSVP date will be January 9th....do I send them right before we leave or have someone send them for me while we are gone? The thing about it is I'm the one they are RSVP too, so I am wondering if we should wait to send them? Is it dumb that I am the person to RSVP too?Sorry I have so many questions about this. I honestly put this on the back burner until now!! Thanks if you made it to the end of this email....
