Hoppy Easter!

Good Fun day! Drew and I driving back from Seattle right now. Yeah, we were supposed to drive back last night. However, Drew got sick and ended up spending almost the whole shower sleeping in the back room. He got up to open gifts with me and then went back to sleep. I woke him up at the end to say good bye to everyone and that's when he had to make a run for the bathroom. So, yeah we weren't going anywhere last night. He's feeling much better today, thankfully. Now we are trying to make it back to Portland in time for our brunch reservation. Hope we make it! Everyone have a great day. Enjoy your Easter.

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you had a great shower. What happened to poor Drew? Just a 24 HR bug? Poor guy! Glad he's able to drive back! While people were painting eggs last night we were painting our living room! I love how it turned out. Now to talk FI into hardwood floors instead of carpet. There are already wood floors under the carpet now so they just need to be refinished, but not sure if they are damaged. Today we aren't doing a thing. My dtr is working and not sure if we are getting FIs son. I think a nap is in order though. We painted from 9 PM until 3 AM and were awke by 7 AM.

Kimmy -- Hope Drew feels better!

Jenn -- I LOVE hardwood floors! We have them in our apt and so much better than carpet.

Not doing too much today, have to work on some DIY (shell bouquets!!) and also finish up some freelance writing (that I didn't start until yesterday... and its due today... whoops).

Not sure what he got. He started to not feel the best after we went out to pho Friday night. We shared everything, except there was some mystery meat in the pho that he ate and I didn't. I thought it might have been his mom's phone call and the idea of so many additional ppl we didn't want at the AHR that made him not feel good, until he started to get really sick. Now we are wondering if it was that mystery meat.

Jenn, hardwood floors are the best. We have them through out our house and love them. So much easier to care for. Lora Good luck on the bouquets!

Lora, can't wait to see pics of your bouquets! Kimmy, it could've been foot poisoning! I had it twice in my life and it was terrible! Although his moms call would make anyone suck!

Foot poisoning? Gosh Jenn, I would think after getting sick from eating feet the first time that you wouldn't do it again.

Poor Drew, I hope he's feeling better! We didn't do much of anything yesterday besides stay home and get stuff done which was nice! Today is largely the same now that we're home from our morning church service. Davi is having some hip problems, she was really bad yesterday, the poor puppy. She's doing better today so just trying to get her to take it easy!
