It wasn't too bad actually...I definitely have lots of soreness in my legs today though...but I started with the fit test, compared it to my records from when I started the very first time and found that I sort of maintained my stamina and strength!
Ooo - Nicole - I've always wanted to try Insanity but I guess I'm not insane enough yet. lol. Are the tapes really long? I have a hard time committing to more than 45 minutes at a time. :-(
Nicole, I have several friends that do insanity, but never tried it. They seem to like it though. I'm just bad at following a program. I tend to do whatever I feel like that day.

leftovers, and broccoli that desperately needs to be cooked. Lol. One of those nights.
WO: p90x yoga, or at least half of it. 90 min is a really long time :P

I'm hoping I pull through this afternoon and can still make it to my boot camp class. My shoulder is finally feeling better this morning.
