L - tuna on ww bread and carrots

D - chicken stir fry with brown rice

WO - 30 mins of cardio + session with the trainer

    Ugh - I'm sick!!

    I'm hoping I pull through this afternoon and can still make it to my boot camp class. My shoulder is finally feeling better this morning.

    B-coffee and berries
    L- veggie chili and salad
    D- chicken tacos

    Nicole - How is the Insanity going?  Has it been easy to get back into it again?

    Sara - Hope you feel better!  Be careful with your shoulder and don't overdue it until it is feeling better!

    It wasn't too bad actually...I definitely have lots of soreness in my legs today though...but I started with the fit test, compared it to my records from when I started the very first time and found that I sort of maintained my stamina and strength!

    Ooo - Nicole - I've always wanted to try Insanity but I guess I'm not insane enough yet. lol.
    Are the tapes really long? I have a hard time committing to more than 45 minutes at a time. :-(

    Sara, be careful! Don't hurt yourself worse! Glad it's feeling better though!

    Nicole, I have  several friends that do insanity, but never tried it. They seem to like it though. I'm just bad at following a program. I tend to do whatever I feel like that day. 

    B: oatmeal with soymilk and almonds
    L: leftover spinach ravioli
    S: Sunflower seeds
    D: leftovers, and broccoli that desperately needs to be cooked. Lol. One of those nights. 

    WO: p90x yoga, or at least half of it. 90 min is a really long time :P
