I had my hair done at Mirabou Salon, Nicole did it.  Or Sleek Salon in Roseville is great too, ask for the owner.  Tell them Jenn from Folsom referred you!  You can bring pictures and discuss what you want...I just met her and discussed the look I wanted, didn't even do a hair trial with Nicole and it came out great! I know the owner of Sleek Salon also does makeup and travels for weddings.

I'll second Tracylynn.  she's the sweetest thing and she did a fabulous job at my trial.

Sonia Roselli orginially from Chicago did my sister's makeup and she's absolutely amazing! She was just voted Chicago's Best Makeup Artist. She's super sucessful in Chicago and is in the process of starting her own line.  She is starting to get into the CA market and would be super excited to work with you.
