I've not been to the gym in 2 weeks. So I think I need to restart some of my Jillian Michael and Biggest loser dvds. I think I'm going to alternate 30 day shred with power sclupt after my nightly walks with the pup. Eventually get shred it with weights in there with No more trouble zones...
