So I have these amazing Royal Blue heels that FI bought me for my wedding shoes.  I haven't worn them much yet to break them in.  My bridal shower is this Sunday.  I was planning on wearing this dress...
 and thought hey my blue shoes would probably go really good with this.  My question... Would it be tacky to wear my special wedding shoes to my bridal shower too??

If you want to wear them, you absolutely should!

I don't think that would be tacky at all! It gives you a chance to break in your shoes and they go with your outfit.  Plus, it's unlikely that anyone will remember your shoes a month and a half from now.

I doubt anyone will notice if you wear your wedding shoes to the shower.  No one really sees your feet on wedding day anyway.

I have been wearing my wedding heels once a week for the past 4 weeks....They are red heels...and so I have this outfit for work that looks great with red heels and I wear them once a week.  I'm always indoors because its an office...so I wont scuff them up, but I want these shoes to be super comfortable on the big day so I've been wearing mine regularly....I say DO IT!!!!

Go for it and break them in! Just be careful and don't wear them if its raining or something! You don't want to ruin them!

There's a good chance I will be wearing my (white, beaded) wedding shoes with jeans to my Lindy Hop classes to break them in. I'm going to be a little tacky. If your shoes go well, go for it!

I think that is a good idea.  Assuming the weather is good for the shower day, my little blue flats would look good with my green shower dress.  I think that unless you advertize that these are your wedding shoes people will probably think that you are just wearing nice shoes, then on your wedding day most won't notice your shoes anyways.

Wear them!! I bet they will look fantastic with your dress (which I love, where did you find it) and you will be able to tell if you will need some Dr. Scholls to make your shoes more comfortable.
