Program help!

I am trying to finish my programs. I need some help. 

I am 1 "page" over a 4 page program (1 sheet, in half, double sided). So, I either have to add another page of information, or cut out one page (?!) 

I am struggling with the formatting for the wedding party page. I am not sure how to arrange the names, and there's a big empty space that I'm not sure what to do with. 

Here is what I have so far:
- 2 pages Ceremony order/details (with music) 
- 1 page Wedding Party / Ministers of the Liturgy Information
- 1 page Cover page
- Last page is directions and a text blurb thanking guests/etc. 

I wanna print these over the weekend so they are all set. Any help is appreciated....

    Are you having a Catholic ceremony? That would explain having a 2-page ceremony order, but for a non-Catholic ceremony, unless you're doing a lot of unexpected additions you could probably cut that down to 1 page.

    Here's the inside of my programs. I didn't include music because I want our recessional to be a surprise and I thought it'd look weird just listing the processional.

    Can you post what all is in your ceremony, not every detail needs to be list, we could try to help combine stuff. For example, instead if having a line for vows and a line for ring exchange I just have vows b/c they're kinda linked and everyone knows they're back to back.

    Yes, it's a Catholic ceremony. The ceremony music is also there which is also why it is so long.

    I would either print the WP names on an insert, or attach another full sheet of paper (folded in half) into the programs.  I had to do this because the front cover of my programs had a raised design, so the inside page was unusuable.  I used a small piece of double-sided tape to attach the last two "pages" together so the extra sheet wouldn't fall out.  This would give you six pages to work with instead of four.

    You can make them look really pretty if you use a (not too bright) sheet of paper that compliments your wedding colors.  My colors are black and hot pink with silver accents, so I chose a light grey paper and added a hot pink border.  You can do this for the insert or for an additional page.

    For the WP page, I would center the names on the page, and add a border or something to fill some of the extra space.  I have also seen programs with a short paragraph for each WP person, usually describing how they met the bride or groom.

    I had the same thing happen. I printed the directions to the reception on a separate 1/2 sheet of paper and will have them given out to each driver.

    I was going to add another sheet, but then there would be an empty backside that I'd have to do something about. 

    The lines for the ceremony order:

    Prelude
    Music selection #1
    Music selection #2
    Music selection #3
    Music selection #4

    Processional 

    Gathering Hymn (with music) almost a half page.

    Opening Prayer

    Page 2:
    Liturgy of the Word (heading) 
    1st Reading
    Responsorial Psalm (with two lines of music) 
    2nd Reading
    Gospel Accalmation (with one line of music)
    Gospel Reading
    Homily
    Rite of Marriage (heading) 
    Statement of Intentions
    Exchange of Vows
    Blessing and Exchange of Rings
    Prayer of the Faithful
    Concluding Rite (heading)
    The Lord's Prayer
    The Nuptial Blessing
    Final Blessing

    Recessional 

    All that fits perfectly on two pages, so I am hesitant to move it at all.

    If you add an insert, it's ok to only have text on one side.  If you don't like it, you could put the directions to the reception on the other side of the insert, and leave the back of the programs blank except for the thank-you paragraph.  The back of programs is entirely blank and I don't think it looks funny.

    So I made a wedding map to go above the directions to fill up the empty page, and then the only thing on the last page is our thank you. It should fill the space up adaquately. Now I just need to fix the formatting on the wedding party page. It just looks strange. Well, thanks for everyones help!!! :)
