First fitting, reluctance to give up my dress

Did anyone else feel like this after leaving their dress with the seamstress?!  haha  I just got it!!  I didn't really want to give it up!

My dress was at a BM from the time a bought it (November) until I took it to the seamstress, so I can't relate.  I did 'miss' it though

I can so relate to how you feel. Everytime I walk by my closet where I used to have my dress, I get this knot in my stomach because my dress isn't there. I cannot wait until the 28th at my final fitting where I hopefully get to take my dress home if all goes well. Don't worry, you're not alone.

My dress is at the seamstress that I pass by on my way home from the train every day.  I wish I could go in and visit it, but alas I can't.  If it wasn't there, it'd be at my parents' house even further away.

It didn't really bother me too much, but I had my dress since last September hanging at my Dad's place. I was happy to have it done and at my Dad's again.
