Last minute decline

One of FI's friends just called to say her husband can't make it on Sunday. There is an issue with work (which I understand), and she is bringing her daughter in his place. This works out because we already made final payment, but now this has added another worry to my ever growing list. Now I am freaking out that this is just the beginning of last minute changes.
Has anyone had an issue with this? I am trying to just relax for the next few days, but its easier said than done.

I didn't serve a meal so there's that ; I had four ppl text the day of whom could not make it. I was so busy, I just replied I would miss them but I didn't have time to think about it! We were so blessed by those there, we didn't spend time not much anyway! thinking about those not there

I know it does happen, but usually most people that say they are coming, actually do.

I still feel horrible that I did that to one of my oldest friends last year at his wedding.  The wedding was out of state and we were suppose to stay the night also.  Well, I got really sick a few hours before we were suppose to leave and ended up with a stomach virus all weekend. There was no way I could drive 3 hours.  I still am embarrassed everytime i see him.

Now that its time for my wedding, i am praying that no one does it to me!!!

I lost 3 people today and I'm worried about 2 more. I'm trying to decide if I can get rid of a table. If I do I have to change the table # stuff

I had one person call and say he isnt bringing a date anymore and another texted FI that he cant come.
It is what it is....im not letting them ruin my day!
