trolley with A/C for August evening wedding

Hi All,

I found a trolley but also found out that it doesn't have A/C. Do any of you know of a trolley that does have A/C? Or do you think it is not an issue? Our hotel is adjacent to our reception site and less than a mile from our church. The trolley will be used to transport the wedding party and out of town guests.

I'm open to affordable transportation options too. I'm trying to get a ballpark. What is a reasonable price range for a capacity of 40 for 4 hours?

    We're looking to rent a 36 passenger bus to move guests between the ceremony and reception.  I've seen prices roughly $80/hour for that.  Have you checked with Chariots for Hire for a trolley?  I think they might have one.

    I'm pretty sure the city of Alexandria will rent the Old Town Trolley's. If you go to the wedding section on the city page you can contact them :). Good luck!
