I got up with DH, and now I have a couple hours to kill getting ready for my interview!  I really just want to go back to sleep, but I know that's a bad idea.

My weekend was okay. I worked Saturday and then spent all yesterday doing errands and planting our veggie garden.

FI turned my alarm off again.  So I'm moving the alarm to my side tonight.  Good thing the birds were chirping and woke me up...

Woo hoo for a short week.  I'm taking a half day Thursday so we can leave for NC early.  YAY!  I can't wait to see fi's kids, I really miss them!

Not a good start to the week.  We've got a leak in the kitchen.  I think it's where both the sink and dishwasher would drain to.  Our living room carpet is soaking wet now.  I put a service order in to the home warranty people.  Hopefully the plumber gets out to us soon.

Rachel, I can't believe your invites are not ordered! What is the new plan?

Weekend was ok. FIl's came to visit for the first time since FI has lived here (5 yrs). We planned on taking them around to show them the church, venue, where we blocked rooms, etc. They did not get here until 5:30 pm Saturday night and Sunday morning the got up and said they were going to the Wyeth museum and going home.

I think they avoided all the wedding stuff because they were worried we might hint at what they might contribute and they plan on doing nothing. They want us to have a rehearsal dinner for 80 people to host their OOT guests but don't want to pay for it. Grrrr.....I feel bad b/c FI is very embarrassed of them. Especially because of how generous my parents are being. And also we will have to pick up the extra stuff which will push back when we buy a house / start a family.

I have a super awesome head cold...I had no voice Saturday.
I am working today and tuesday with classes of course.

Can't wait til April 28th!  I need two weeks off :-)

Morning! I'm kinda grumpy this morning. Busy weekend, grumpy baby, a ton of stuff to do this week, and I lost my debit card to my main bank account on friday when I rushed out of the office to pick up DD. Grr. Plus, the DMV (license center out here)  wouldn't change my name on my license and tells me I have to drive all the way out to Frazer or Bortendale to change it. Yeah. Because I have aaaalll this time off of work through the week to do that.

Good morning.  I had a great weekend.  My two friends from back home came to visit me (for the first time since I moved here almost 4 years ago.)  We had such a great time and it makes me miss being back at home.  The GTG on Sunday was good also. 

I can't believe I'm under two weeks!

I really don't want to bring this post down but I am asking for some thoughts and prayers for a high school friend and her family. Her 16 year old brother took his life Friday night/ Saturday morning. I just can't stop thinking about their family. My heart is so heavy for them. She is also 4 months pregnant so thoughts and prayers that her nerves and stress do not affect her baby.

Jely - uh, wow... nice visit with the FILs.  I hope you weren't expecting them to contribute.  I would tell them, "we can afford x number of guests at the RD.  If you want to add X more for the OOTers than you will have to pay the different."

Cait - haha I'm excited to be in NC again.  If we weren't going to opposite end of the state I would say you could hitch a ride with us!

Paprika - sorry about the debit card and DMV.  Can you go on Saturday?  I know the MVA does lisense on Saturdays...

Mana- They do, but my saturdays for the next 2-3 weeks are packed. Next weekend, I promised my dad we could clean out the garage in the AM and then the Chadds Ford G2G is in the afternoon, and then the following saturday is beauty bash and an overnight trip to pittsburgh:) (hopefully!!)

Morning Ladies! This weekend was great. My mom came up Saturday morning and stayed overnight - we went to my first fitting - I'll post pics tonight since they're at home on my laptop. I'm back to being a blonde - well it's more of a strawberry golden blonde-ish color....but I feel so much better and it looks great with my dress.

nicole- T&P for your friend and her family. I've lost 3 people that way myself, and it's never easy - especially when they are so young. I sincerely hope the stress/ emotional time doesn't interfer with the baby. ::hugs::

Good morning all and [happy] monday! I am dragging today but pumped for a short week (we're closed Friday). We went to the Phils game yesterday and had a great time/nice weather so I'm grateful for that!

I had a great weekend, but so busy! I worked an event on Saturday and got ready for DH's b'day party on Saturday night (first event at the new house! woohoo!), then spent all day yesterday on sorority stuff. Being an advisor is awesome, but I miss my Sundays!

I'm dreading today at work, some sh*t is hitting the fan with on of our groups and I just want to hide!

Nicole - I don't think you ever wrap your mind around it.  I had a close friend in college take his life.  It was probably the HARDEST furneral I've ever went to.  It was 2 years ago.  His bday was 10 April so he's been on my mind lately, and I still can't understand it.  *HUGS*

This weekend flew by as usual. Friday night had dinner with friends.. Saturday woke up with a NASTY hangover... 4 people + 6 bottles of wine at dinner will do it to you! Saturday am we were hungover so vegged most of the day, but did head to breakfast & go to price out a new living room tv... Saturday night and Sunday day I worked. Last night went to my DH's friend house to watch Game of Throne (he and his friend are OBSESSED)... did anyone else watch it? I didnt have high hopes for it.. but I was kind of surprised it wasnt as bad as I expected...
