Easiest break up ever!

I'm now done with Comcast after several years of off and on service. Going almost two weeks without internet was the final straw.

Lets see how windstream does ; )

Please let me know how that works out.

I had similar issues with Comcast a few years ago.  That was when Twitter was just becoming popular.  At the time, people used it to put companies "on blast".  I did, and it worked; an executive wrote me a letter and a technician was out repairing my line in two days.  It was a lucky break.  If it happens again, I'd like to have an alternative.

Comcast sucks.  There's no way around it.  When we lived in Powder Springs, we were told Comcast was the sole internet and cable provider.  We used them.  After two weeks, our channels disappeared.  We were told "oh - well you have to pay an additional $60/month for THOSE channels."  When I asked why we had them before, she replied, "programming can change at anytime without notice."

Internet?  Eh - sporadic, at best, and if you download quite a bit or try to watch a movie, you'll notice your internet will drop.  Why?  Because Comcast disconnected you (there are several consumer reviews about it as well as Comcast getting fined by the government for doing so.)
