Please Help find venue

I am looking for an all inclusive wedding venue under 8k for 100-150 people in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. I do not want the house look, but this seems to be all that I can find. Even if it is not all inclusive and around 8k with the basic things included that would be fine. Any suggestions will be greatly appreicated.

Anywhere in Atlanta is fine, as long as it is not more than an hours drive outside the city. I live in Conyers so I don't mind Kennesaw, Cobb, or near the Airport

Check out the Conference Center @ Georgia Piedmont Technical College off Memorial Drive in Clarkston. I have also heard that the Sanctuary in Covington is pretty. Based on the description I got, It may be a house look though, but is worth a look.

My location, The Centre, might be a little far from you, it is in Douglasville. However, I love it (obviously, I booked it, lol). They do all inclusive packages or you can choose to bring in your own vendors. The pricing is great for everything it comes with.

Also try the Pristine Chapel in Jonesboro. They have all-inclusive packages. Everything depends on the number of guests that you're expecting.

Lambert Place is a nice venue and they have specials under 8K all the time.

It's not too far from the Lindbergh area.

Kimball Hall in Roswell. The venue is beautiful and Julie (the owner) is very sweet and helpful.

A friend booked La Bam art studio. They are all inclusive and it's a very pretty place, different and unique. Hope this helps!

We went with Peach Brandy Cottage in Dawsonville. They can do the catering or let you bring in your own, so the pricing is really good. They can do the Ceremony and Reception.

If you wanted to drive to Athens (which isn't much more than an hour outside the city) there is a beautiful place called Tucker Plantation and they're rates are fairly affordable I think. We were going to have our wedding there until we decided to move it to Vegas. They're very leniant with what you can bring in. You an bring in your own photographers, caterers, bakers etc....
