I just wanted to discourage anyone from even considering booking ANYthing with Premier Tents. I paid the full amount for tent, linens, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, and a granite bar from them and only got the glasses.
My contract clearly stated that the reception started at 6pm and set up was supposed to happen at 10:30am. My uncle spoke to the OWNER at 1pm who PROMISED everything would be there by 1:30. When I came into the reception at 5:30pm, they were trying to set up the tent over tables and the driver had NO IDEA about the am set up. We've called several times and no answer, returned phone calls, apology or anything.
Fortunately, folks were pretty mellow but it could've been a disaster if it had rained. So save yourself A LOT of heartache and money and go with another company.
