Rehersal Dinner Places in Brighton, CO? Also, wedding weekend ideas for Denver, CO

Hey Everyone,
I'm getting married at Bella Sera in Brighton, CO next year and am trying to help the in-laws come up with a place around the venue to hold a rehersal dinner for around 40 people (we both have kinda big families, and big bridal parties). I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas. Also, if anyone has any ideas for inexpensive activities to do with a group for a wedding weekend around Denver/Brighton (the wedding is in early June). Thank you!

I don't know much about resturants in Brighton but I have been coming up with thtings to do around Denver too.

That time of year the Botanical Gardens will probably be beautiful, you can always walk around Laramier and the 16th street Mall for shopping and a lot of times I have seen a few street performers. Check into the Rockies schedule, if they have a home game the Rock Pile tickets are pretty inexpensive. I'm not sure if this is too expensive but you could also go to either the Art Museum, Natural History Museum and/or the Zoo. There are also tons of parks around town, you could reseve one of the gazeebos and have a picnic/bbq outside fun day.
    HTH!

There is a restaurant on Bridge call Pinocchinos. They are pretty good. Also there is always La Estrellita's, who is most likely providing the food for your wedding. There is also chain resturants there, like a Lone Star, Chili's, and Applebees. There is not a lot to do in Brighton. You will have to go to Denver to find something to do.

My church group just did a pot luck dinner thing for 170 people at the brighton rec center. There banquet room was far from the actul "rec" part and had a seprate entrance. Pleanty of parking and best of all let us bring our own food. So all you would need is a good catering company  http://www.aboveelegancecatering.com and you are all set. I think it was $150 for the space, but they have tables and chairs and a dance area, private bathrooms so your guest arent using the locker rooms. It was overall nice and affordable. Although Im not sure about booze :)
