Just wanted to say thanks again for those bacon/tomato cups recipe! I made about 60 of them - half bacon/tomato and half apple/brie. There were only 9 of us and we finished them all! Delicious!

Amer's bacon tomato cups are now famous in my family after I made them for Christmas Eve. I'm constantly getting asked to make them for family functions.

They really are!!

Amer - If you try the fruit, make sure you cut it pretty thick. I chopped my apple to about the same size as I did the tomato and it baked all the way through. I think it would have been better if it still had a little crispness. I also put out a little dish of honey to dip the apple/brie in. Yum.
