April weather

We are thinking about moving our wedding up from July to April because we just found our that we are expecting. I still really want an outdoor ceremony and for the life of me can't remember what mid April weather is usually like! I know it's unpredictable any time of year here, but anyone have a good guess whether an outdoor ceremony would still be possible?

    Congratulations!  You are correct - it can be chilly in April or it could be absolutely perfect!  You can go ahead and plan an outdoor event - however have a Plan B in place too, because you just never know.

    My daughter got married a few years ago at Ellis Ranch in Loveland.  It was a beautiful outdoor space, but they could move indoors if necessary.  I remember checking out Stonebrook Manor in Thornton, they had both outdoor and indoor space too.

    I say got ahead and plan it outdoors just had a back up plan. There are lots of places that can move it inside if you want.
