So we have all these people RSVPing to our wedding. And you would think I would be pumped, but I am not. When I made the guest list, I precalcuated people. For most of my family I calcuated 0 because they have never come to anything else in my life. They have always been invited to everything, but I knew they wouldn't come. I have always felt like I didn't have a family.
So for etiquette and my parents I invited them again to the wedding. Keep in mind here, almost none of them have met FI or seen me in a long time.
NOW all of a sudden they feel the need to RSVP yes. Really? I am sorry if I don't want to pay $23.00 per person for people that I barely know anymore. FI wouldn' t let me whine and said if we really didn't want them there, then we shouldn't of invited them. I see his point, but how do you only invite some family members and not others?
