I need to vent on what a terrible day I had yesterday. First I woke up and put on the pants I laid out for myself and they felt way too tight. I went up a size this fall and I'm so depressed about it--but these pants were the larger size! I was so mad and upset. I have not gained anymore weight, but I do feel heavier. I'm worrying about my dress not fitting me. I go for my next fitting on Oct. 26, which is Wednesday! OMG.
Then, my students were not doing what they were supposed to in my class. I teach computers and on Thursdays they have to do the Rosetta Stone Spanish Program and some students decided to listen to music on Youtube or play games online instead. Boy was I mad!!!!!!!!!!
Throughout my teaching, my FI kept texting me because his father and him were trying to fix some holes we have in our wall, which were created when we moved. My FFIL spackled way more than what he needed to and then they couldn't find the matching paint. So now I have spackle marks everywhere and my landlord is not responding to my email or call and I have no clue how to match up the paint color.
When I got home, FI started ranting and raving about me not showing him enough affection and that he doesn't even know why I am even marrying him. He stormed off to work mad.
At around 9pm I was telling my mom (on the phone) about what a terrible day I had and she says to me in a very casual tone that she has a problem. She says she can't make the payment to the winery until next week! (The winery is where we are having the reception.) The due date is Oct. 21. She said she can write them a post dated check. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I freaked and told her they will probably not accept that and it's darn right embarrasing! I told her to call the wedding planner herself and that's where we left it. UGH. She has known about this payment for months now! FIY- My parents agreed they would take care of the reception bill and we are paying for everything else. (all the other vendors, decorations, cake, attire, etc.).
Sorry for such a long vent but I had to get all that off my chest. Now today is a new day and hopefully it's a lot better than yesterday!
