Sandals- Travel agent or book on line?

Hi Ladies-FI and I have decided to go to Sandals Antigua for our honeymoon and are trying to decide if we should book online or go through a travel agent.Does anyone know if it is true that you get more perks going through the travel agent.

    We were looking to do the same honeymoon in Anitgua Tiffany. We talked to a travel agent but they were not able to get us a better deal than Sandals special online of 55% off. They couldn't upgrade our room either. I have read that some couples on TripAdvisor were able to get an upgraded room at check in and they had booked through a travel agent. That is the only bonus that I know of. To be honest the reviews I read were that upgraded rooms weren't all that special and they do it to give you conceirge service so you have to tip all the time! Hope that helps.

    We booked online through Sandals Resorts, and we didnt have any problems at all. And when we arrived they upgraded us without even asking. This was in Jamaica.
