    Have you gone to their shop to talk to them in person? I'd try that route. Its really easy to 'ignore' angry clients when you're dealing strictly through emails. I'd confront them about it because they owe you some sort of explanation and appology.

    I have to say though, I know they weren't your choice in flower colors, but the flowers do sound pretty.

    I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience.

    Are you sure that you had everything in writing about what the flowers would look like. It's a lot different to say I must have orange vs. I like orange but do whatever is cheapest, etc.  It doesn't sound like you were all on the same page about what the flowers were going to look like.  

    We had a detailed sheet from Fresh Affairs about the types and colors of flowers that would be included. 

    I think I would check with them and try to find out better what happened. I know a lot of people who have had fabulous experiences with them, so this sounds like there was a miscommunication.
