Looking for someone to Marry us!

So, I had it all planned out for our friend whom is also a priest to marry my fiance and I, come to find out, they will not marry anyone outside of a Church! my fiance does not want to get married in a church unless it is St. Martin of Tours, and they have a 3 year waiting list.
SOOOOO, I need to know where I can find someone to marry us! Please help

We hired Father Mike Gentry from the Agape of Jesus Independent Catholic Church for $150. He wore priests' vestments and was a very nice and sincere guy, who even teared up at our wedding, even though he had just met us.
I wanted to incorporate Catholic elements, but also wanted an outdoor wedding.

Do you need to go thru all the catholic requirements for Fr. Gentry to perform the wedding?

Sorry for not replying earlier, didn't see the post.

We did not have to do any Catholic requirements with Fr. Mike. He is out of the Independent Catholic Church, NOT the Roman Catholic Church. It will NOT be a "valid" RCC marriage, but after hearing more about the Independent Catholic Church, I felt more in line with thier teaching and beliefs than the RCC that I grew up in, so it was fine with me.

He is married, so make sure to invite his wife along to the festivities.
I also liked that someone that KNEW about marriage first hand was guiding us along in our wedding. He had very nice things to say.
