Blu Falls Pendleton - Prices?

Has anyone used Blu Falls in Pendleton for thier ceremony/reception?  Would you recommend it?  What were their prices?  Thanks!

I am in the planning process currently, but I did contact Blu Falls in Pendleton and found them to be very expensive.  Rental alone is $4,250 plus the package you choose (catering, bar services, etc.) in which an additional minimum of $2,400 must be spent.  No, thank you.
