I believe that the board mods are working on developing templates for this that you could use as a reference! A lot of people I know printed their own. I'd take a look at a site like Smartpress... you can DIY the program pages and then print booklets on there for a pretty reasonable price.
Does your parish print liturgy guides for masses at all? You could maybe check with them to see if they'd be willing to do yours for an additional fee. I know that my MIL does them on the side for brides and grooms at the parish she works for... so it might be worth asking if you aren't overly concerned with how they look.
Also, a lot of wedding invitation sites like minted and wedding paper divas are starting to provide programs. They aren't very cheap, but sure are pretty!
I should take pictures of the "one" that we still have. I wento to a paper wholesaler the week before the wedding & bought cardstock for the cover & a fancy paper for the insert pages. The place I went charges for carstock by the pound... and it was a steal. We printed the cover the Sunday before the wedding & cut the ribbons too (all 300 of them, 2-3 people cut the ribbons, I printed the covers). Our music wasn't finalized with the organist until the Tuesday before our Friday wedding (he was impossible to get ahold of!), and we printed the inserts as soon as we had the go ahead. I printed the pages, one person folded, one person assembeled the pages (cover & two insert pages), two people punched holes, one person threaded the ribbon & one tied. And some of the people were scatterbrained teenagers It took about two hours (an hour both days) to complete. I had probably spent two hours designing it... mostly making sure everything was perfect and would print ok.
