Invite Coordinator?

Our church gives us a "day of coordinator." She comes to the rehearsal and is there the day of to make sure the ceremony goes smoothly. We have never met her and probably won't until the rehearsal. We do, however, know the priest and organist and plan to invite them to the reception, of course. Should we invite this coordinator to the reception as well? The rehearsal? What about a monetary gift to the coordinator? The church told us the $1000 fee includes the gift to the priest, but our wedding packet suggests we give at least $100 to the priest so we plan to do that.

If you don't even know the coordinator, I don't think you need to invite her to the reception.  You could invite her to the rehearsal as a thank you, and a small monetary gift would probably be appreciated as well if your fee doesn't already include that.

We have a wedding coordinator thru our parish and she will be there "day of" also. We plan on inviting her (+1) to the reception. Our wedding is a little while off, but I plan on getting to know this woman pretty well! haha
Our church charges $500 for members to be married there and the coordinator is paid out of that fee of course, but we will probably end up giving her a small gift also as a sign of our appreciation.
We will also give a $100 "love gift" to our priest, as well as extend an invitation to the reception (+1). :)
As for the musician or piano player, we will give her a love gift also.
