Back from the honeymoon to some bad news

We're back!
Honeymoon was good. We had ok weather. A lot of rain, but otherwise good. We did a lot of excursions and ate way too much.

Sad news:
The day after we left my aunt passed away. The funeral was Thursday and we missed it because we were gone.
I'm incredibly sad and numb at the same time. It's hard to understand why God takes such good people, but he has a plan for everything so there must be a reason.
I wish I could be there for my mom right now. Julie was her identical twin sister so it's very hard on her.

If you could send a prayer that she will be ok and that Julie has found peace I would be very humbled.

I am so sorry to hear about your Aunt. Like you said, everything happens for a reason and only God knows why. I hope your family will find peace in God's love.

And I am glad you guys had a nice honeymoon. That was one of the best parts for us.
