Restaurant for a birthday dinner recs

Hello again!

I am searching for a nice restaurant to take all my friends to for my birthday at the end of the month. I like bistro type places with smaller menus and great food. Any ideas? Lancaster is full of them but I am looking in the Harrisburg and Camp Hill area since that is where most of my guests live.

    Maybe Cafe Fresco downtown.  Fantastic food and drinks!

    Oh, thanks! I forgot all about Cafe Fresco.

    I'm looking into The Cellar in Camp Hill. It's byob which will make my wallet happy.

    Carley's Ristorante & Piano Bar in HBurg is good, family style Italian.  Not cheap though!
