Should FMIL get ready with us?

So I am trying to decide if I should ask FMIL to get ready with us the day of.  My Mom sent her rsvp card back declining (you may remember that I was upset about her not coming to the shower, this was definitely worse!).  So she won't be there, plus I'm really close to FMIL.  Would it be weird if I asked her?  Is anyone else doing this? TIA!

If you are close to FMIL and you want her there, then def have her there.We are actually having the bridal parties and both sets of parents get ready at our house the day of the wedding.  I think its sweet that you want to include her.  GL!

DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!!!!  If you would like her to be a part of that time of the day, ask her if she can.  There's not a written rule on who can be there when you're getting ready and who can't.

I invited my FMIL. She will be going to the salon with us girls to get her hair done. Granted she is not married and all of her children are in the wedding so she'd be all by herself and don't want that.

I invited FMIL. She is coming and offered to bring sandwiches & drinks! Invite her for sure

I invited my FMIL to get ready with us and she opted not to (she already had her hairstylist booked), so I def think you should invite her!
