Talk to me about using their bar services. It's the one thing I'm really worried about. It's also, the only thing people complained about in reviews. How flexible were they? Did it end up super expensive? Did you have any say over what was served?
Can we pay for everyone to have sodas, water, etc and only do cash bar for beer and wine? How did the cocktail hour work?
