FH and I are looking at 3 more  ceremony/reception venues! Super excited to check out the Safety Harbour Resort, Cross Creek Ranch and The Lange Farm.

We hope to pick a venue by the end of January.

I need to call Men's Wearhouse to change the tux shirts to ivory and add the name of an additional groomsman. I also want to get the picture frames and materials I need to make the card box. NWR- enjoy the last few days of freedom before returning to my crazy students and finish unpacking the new apartment. Been procrastinating over a couple of boxes.

Study like crazy for Monday's cardio test. I'm also hoping to buy my dress.. or at least be absolutely sure of which one i'm getting. I also want to put together a work out routine I will stick to. I need to have something structured and planned ahead of time, otherwise I get to lax with things and I stop doing them.

rmjones6 - I just wanted to give you a heads up, Safety Harbor Resort and Spa has filed bankrupcy. The are still currently functioning at normal, but with your wedding being over a year out things could change. I would make sure you get all the information you can before hand, I'd hate for anyone to book a venue and then get screwed last minute.

The only thing I'll probably work on this week are my tissue paper pomander balls. They are the biggest time suck so far. I'm also just trying to enjoy my time before school starts up again... yuck.

Working on finishing designing and putting together my invitations!!! I need to have them out by Tuesday at the latest. Also on the agenda...making an appointment for my first fitting, ordering a veil and headpiece, finding shoes, and what feels like a million other things that need to get done. So thankful for two weeks off of work, but still feel like it's not enough time

I am getting married at Cross Creek Ranch on March 5th, 2011.  We booked in January and Bonnie (the owner) told us that they were booking into 2012.  If you are considering them, I would contact them asap. It is a beautiful place and they are very creative people.  I love it!  I recommend them.  They even have a cottage you can stay at the night before (for you and the girls) or one for the night of the wedding for you and your new husband, if you choose not to drive anywhere.  Nancy is a wedding coordinator there and has alot of contacts you can contact for pics, catering ect.  Good luck!
