ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME THAT MY GUESTS HAVE A PLACE TO STAY AFTER THE RECEPTION , DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY VENUES THATS CAN SLEEP AROUND 30 PLUS GUESTS? IT DOESNT NEED TO BE FANCY , I WAS HOPING ON A RELAXING CAMPING RUSTIC THEME. CAN ALSO BE A LITTLE OUTSIDE OF MARYLAND IN VA,PA,WV THANK!

Camp Puhtok in Monkton,MD. They have off season rentals and you can have the whole camp the whole weekend very inexpensively. But just 30 guests sleeping you only need the lodge and the four or five closest cabins that sleep like forty total. I would say the hall and cabins would come in around 1500 for rental but could be more or less depending upon total number at the reception. Google it, call and ask for Claudia. Also if you google you can find their Facebook, look at their photos albums and one is labeled off season rental. I also always suggest KS catering for places like this that have you bring in catering. Great food for the steal of a price.
