wedding officiant help

Does anyone have any suggestions on a low cost wedding officiant?  I would prefer that they be bilingual since part of my family speaks Spanish only but FI only speaks English.  I would really like it if this can be incorporate as part of the wedding.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

do you know a family friend that would be willing to do it? I dont believe it is very much for them to become ordained and officiate the ceremony.

We used www.rentapriest.com to get our officiant.  There are a few on the site that are in the San Diego Area and they speak English.  We paid $250 for ours and most of the ones that I priced in San Diego were under $300.
