Has anyone gotten married at The Inn at Villa Bianca?

Pretty sure that will be our ceremony and reception venue. What did you think about the overall venue, customer service, food. Did you do an inclusive package? What pricing were you offered?

Thanks for any help.

I didn't get married there but I went to a wedding there a little over a year and a half ago. The bride and groom had a buffet. The food was cold and you were generally unable to distinguish what type of food it was for some of the entrees. Also the napkins had a horrible odor. The food was bad enough that people still talk about it now. Sorry!

    I got married there.

Pictures in my married bio in my siggy.  It was a wonderful day, I dion't have a single bad word to say about anything.  The food was fabulous, the waitstaff couldn't do enough and out DOC/Matire D was awesome.

We did an all inclusive package for the day, so if you're looking for anything specific let me know and I can probably answer it for you.

I went to a wedding there last year. It was nice, the food (plated) was good and the Bride and Groom seemed happy with everything.

I went to a summer wedding there about 2 years ago. The outside ceremony was very pretty. It was a plated dinner so kind of took a long time. But the food was good and the venue itself is very nice.

Yes, we just decided on the inclusive package. Wanted to negotiate the pp. How much did you pay? Couldn't get a food sample so please be honest with your opinion??

If you book with them they have a tasting every first Monday of the month i believe. I went to one and the food was great i had no complaints. My mom is very picking about food and she loved it so that said alot for me.

Thanks for responding. I am planning to spend New Year's weekend there. Want to get a true feel for the place with staff and all. So we will be doing a tasting on Jan. 2. If your Mom likes it that makes me feel good. Are you getting married there too?

  • I am getting married there in April 2014 and we picked the all inclusive package. I am a very easy going bride so I am happy they include the vendors. I can't wait!!!
  • I went there on a tour for my bridal shower three weeks ago. The fact that we could customize our menu was perfect since I know exactly what I want. The outdoor location was perfect as it is covered by a canopy so if it rains it isn't a big deal. (Back story: my sister MOH lives out of state and asked me to scout locations. Everything else will be done by BMs and MOH). However, my mom and I were disgusted by the customer service. The office manager was on her phone with personal calls almost the whole time. She kept saying "Excuse me, I have to take this call. It's my fiance". When we asked to see the outside, she called her son's school during our tour to make bus arrangements for him. When our meeting ended, she said she would email me the menu by the end of the day. A week later I hadn't heard from her so I emailed her a friendly reminder. She responded by saying I would have it no later than the following business day. Three weeks later, I still don't have my menu. I called her supervisor and I let him know about her unprofessionalism. My mom and I LOVED the grounds of the facility and the menu but unfortunately my sister probably will not book my shower there.
  • DH's stepbrother had his reception there 2 years ago. The venue is nice but the food was not that great. The appetizers and entrees were cold and bland. The venetian table was good though.

  • For those of you who have booked with them, how much are their wedding packages
