Suggestions for relaxing yet adventurous?

HELP! My fiancée and I want to go someplace were we can relax on nice warm beaches, but we also love the outdoors and love to move.

Does anyone have any suggestions of island paradises that offer great activities such as snorkeling, hiking, horse back riding, or anything else adventurous?

(We would like to go after our wedding on June 18, if that effects any of your suggestions)

We've done all those things in Hawaii and many islands in the caribbean.

Our cruise had many fun optional excursions.  We snorkeled in Honduras, did ruins in Belize, relaxed on a beach in Cozumel, and swam with sting rays in Grand Cayman.

Hawaii, esp. Oahu, which is where we're going. You can go horseback riding, take guided hiking tours, swim with dolphins, go snorkeling, scuba diving....pretty much anything active you want, but there are also beautiful beaches and hotel pools where you can just bum around. Most "tropical" islands like Jamaica, The Bahamas have the best of both worlds.
