I've gone to a business dinner there and it is really beautiful. I remember they seem to have water/fountains coming down off of a wall.  The only thing that might worry me is the financial stability of Church street.  I've seen a lot of restaurants/clubs change hands and names a within the last couple of years.  Ceviche's neighboring restaurant Rustic was only open a few months before it went bankrupt.  Now that 55 West is taking tenants, things should get better.  I would negatiate with their rates (I think they need the business) and make sure their contract has something in it about what happens if the restaurant changes hands.

Diana, We considered having our wedding there. We wanted 4/24 but it was firmly booked. We were going to have it on 5/1. The quote we received was for 70 people with two or three passed hors d'oeuvres during a cocktail hour, a paella station, a steak and potato station and one other small station with beer and wine only (this included sangria) and it came out to almost $8k. I wanted an open bar so it would have been an addition on that. It would have been hard for me to scale back the food as I really wanted the paella and steak as those are my favorite things there. Have you seen the room , or spoke with the banquet coordinator Kelly? She's very nice. The room is dark (which I liked) and they offer tables with black linens and the chairs are black with gold trim. It's very pretty but I would have had to bring in white table cloths and different chairs to lighten it up some. You do get access to the balcony overlooking church street which was really appealing. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :) Jeannie

I had my rehearsal dinner there and agree with PP -- the room is gorgeous and the balcony over Church Street is a great feature that our guests really enjoyed.  Kelly the planner is really helpful.  We had a seated four course dinner with an open bar (3-4 hrs) and it was about $5k.  My MIL paid so I don't know the exact cost.  Pricey but worth it, the RD ended up being a great night for us and Ceviche was a fabulous venue for it!
