Tomorrow is the big day!!

Morning everyone!!

Am sooooooooooo excited - tomorrow is the big day !! We'll see what happens with the weather, but I'm ever the optimist. Everything's sorted, Mum had thrown a cocktail buffet evening for all our guests yesterday which went really well. Overall, I just can't wait to get this show on the road.

Will probably give a brief lowdown when we get back to our hotel but if not this is Miss Cazy checking out... see you when I'm a Mrs!!

Thanks guys. I guess no wedding is a wedding without some degree of drama! Ugh. My mum decided to have a chat to my FI about a really silly comment he made to her last night (she bought whipping cream for dessert instead of pouring cream and he pointed it out in front of everyone trying to be joking - literally it was that trivial). She took it so the wrong way and took him aside to have a chat about it and from what I hear it got a bit heated. I asked her to smooth it over for the sake of my happiness and she said she doubt FI would apologise or something. 

I honestly don't know how he puts up with her. Me and her checked into the Ritz (we're staying there tonight) and all she could do was moan about the tip we'd given some of our vendors, the placecards, the confetti, the flowers. I asked if she'd be this miserable tomorrow and she said probably.... honestly there are no words!

I welled up a bit when I read all your comments because honestly, at this point, you guys are more excited about my wedding than my own mother and it sucks. 

Anyhoo, I'm determined to go out tonight and to have fun. Nothing on this earth is going to spoil my day tomorrow and by the end of it I will be a Mrs. Sorry for the rant, just had to get this off my chest!!

I'm sorry that happened, but I hope you keep that positive attitude tomorrow! Everything will turn out great and you will have some much fun!    I hope everything with your mom works out and she enjoys the day as well. And if not, have loads of fun without her! lol

I'm sure your mom is super excited for your wedding! this is a day she has been anticipating since the day you were born. she just has a weird way of showing it! so don't let the drama get you down. like you said, most weddings end up with some degree of drama and you just have to focus on what the day means. don't let anybody get you down! and always have a smile on your face because you never know when someone will be taking a picture! have a great day!
