MISSING WEDDING VIDEO- CINEMATIQUE FILMS

Our wedding was almost a year ago. We hired CINEMATIQUE FILMS and now they have dropped off the face of the planet. I know there are other brides out there who are going through the same thing with Cinematique paid in full and no wedding video, can't get a hold of them on the phone or through e-mails and they have apparently move to colorado.Please Private Message me.

It's your call, but you might want to consider removing  your phone number and asking people to PM you if you want to give out your number.  Even though this is a local board, it's still out there for anyone to read.  You might get some creepers.

I hope you can get your video or a refund.  This situation really sucks.

I have heard of several brides who used them that took a REALLY long time to get their video back.

I was in a similar situation with them, but I had them cancel them making the video from the wedding because we are now divorced. She was in Colorado by then, but we were still in touch. I hope you can get in touch with her and get some info on where your video is!

JLN, I know this is old, but have you gotten your video yet?  We got married in November and we just finally got our trailer... we have had success getting responses by email..

Did you guys ever get your video from Cinematique? We are waiting on ours, as well. Although our wedding was a bit after yours (June 2011)

WE HAVE NOT  recieved our video yet. It is heart breaking I have officially filed complaints and am going foward with legal action.

</div><div>We still have not recieved our film. We have had success through e-mail as well but all have been false promises and lies. We still have not recieved our wedding video and our wedding was also in June. June 10, 2011. Have you yet recieved your video? A co-worker of mine who works in the wedding industry said that their was a rumor that during the move videos were damaged and they were unable to recover missing footage. I hope this is just a rumor because from all who I have spoken with.....June wedding videos are missing...I hope this is not the case for you and your video is safe and sound in your hands. </div>

Hi, what type of legal action are you pursuing? I was married 2 years ago today 7/30/10 and still have nothing. The last email I received was in February and recently can't get a response. Any advice?

My wife and I are in the same boat.  Married April 23, 2011.  Last contact was July 4th.  Sent 3 emails and called a few times, no answer.

Wow! I wish we knew sooner that we weren't the only ones having trouble getting our video let alone a response to emails or phone calls. We got married June 11 2011 and have yet to see anything from our video. Molly finally responded saying that the guy who is doing it in Orlando has been hard to get ahold of and they cant tell us when we can expect it. Has anyone from Orlando in June received anything yet? As far as I know it is 0% completed and is extremely stressfull! Totally unacceptable!
