Destination Wedding in Cocoa Beach

My fiance and I are wanting to get married in Cocoa Beach (around that area) in April 2012.  We are looking for a company that does all inclusive wedding planning were all we have to do is show up dressed and with the rings and its all taken care of.  It's going to be a small ceremony (20-25 guests) and we want to have all the usual stuff (flowers, decor, etc) and we want to make sure we have photography and videography.  We also want to make sure it is reasonably priced ($2500-$5000).  Does anyone have any suggestions of which company to go with?  Do you have any reviews of companies you've worked with?  If so, do you recommend them?  Are there things that make them good or bad?  All advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks so much!

Ellen

I know wedding planners can help with a lot of that stuff! Try e-mailing Brittany (the owner) or Terri of Tickled Pink Brides! They are so wonderful to work with! I am using Terri for my wedding!

We are getting married in 3 weeks and are using this company which has been sooooo helpful!! Call and deal with Reverend Glynn. They have intimate wedding packages which are very affordable and include photographer, officiant (Rev. Glynn), flowers, and a wedding planner which will help to guide you the whole way.

So fay, Rev. Glynn has been amazing!!

The company to go through is Premier Butterfly Events. Christina is who is working with me for my wedding, and the owners name is Amber. Either one are fantastic. My husband and I want the same. We dont have the time to plan things. They are taking care of everything because they have everything there with their company(invitations, all printing materials, venue location, dj, photography, cake, linens, bartending, catering, officient, favors, etc). They have been a HUGE help and I think it is great that they are creating the vision I want for my wedding, but there is still an element of suprise that I wanted with the details. The website is www.PremierButterflyEvents.com

There are a couple companies in Cocoa Beach that do exactly what you are looking for, just google Cocoa Beach wedding.  I'm not using any, so I can not specifically recommend one.  Good luck in your search!

We're using www.beachweddingsinflorida.com They have Inclusive packages. But unlike other Cocoa Beach Wedding Planner Sites, Beachweddingsinflorida.com has AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHY! Its not just a few Black and white photos, we're talking REAL Hi-Def and Edited photos included and to us, the photography was #1! The photographers (there are 2) Are the owners I believe. I know Mya does photography and the coordinating! Check the website for all the locations of the photos!
All you need to do is get your rings and get married. You can pick what package you want (lowest at $1699) and the colors you want the decorations to be in. They also let you choose the music to be played. I did a lot of research on other Cocoa Beach Wedding Vendors and Music is extra. Hardly none of them let you pick your Colors, and with this place, if you want to get married in front of your place of stay on the beach you can! (with permission of course)
As far as receptions they can reccomend you vendors. We're staying at the Hilton Oceanfront so we're using the ballroom for our reception after. Also, the hilton has a wedding department and I have heard great things about the beachfront weddings they host! The food is to die for! hope that helped!
