Lakeridge Winery?

Has anyone been married here or checked it out? I want to go, but it is a bit of a drive, so I wanted to know if anyone knows any price ranges either! Thanks :)

I've never been, but I had a friend who went there and she didn't think it was a great place for a wedding. That may just be her opinion, and you may love it; that's just all I've heard about it.

There is another winery in St. Augustine that I'v eheard is really cool, but I have never been there either. If you don't mind the drive, you may want to check it out. I'll try to find the name of it.

I actually emailed Lakeridge recently and they sent me this info. To rent the ceremony spot, it's $500. For the reception, it depends on how many guests you have. 50 guests was around $1350, 100 is $1600, 200 is $1900. I haven't been there, but the pictures online looked nice.  Good luck!

I've been there. I have no idea where there would be a ceremony or reception place. The wine is all muscadine wine so it's a little sweeter than your average wine.  I didn't think it was an exceptionally beautiful place, just a winery. But. if that's your theme you might look into it.

The winery in St. Augustine is San Sebastian and I believe they grow their grapes at Lakeridge. Never been to Lakeridge, though, so I can't offer any info about it.

We are having a wine theme, but I am trying to go for "rustic elegance!" I looked at some photos online, and it looks like the banquet room, might be oddly shaped to put on a reception with dancing. I am thinking about Mystic Dunes as well, because I have heard nice things about that venue. My original venue was Bella Collina, but the new menu with $85 entrees was too much for my budget!
Thank ladies for the help and advice!

We went on a wine  tour and well it wasn't my cup of tea for a wedding but it was nice. The upstairs was kinda small for a banquet in my opinion. You could always go out and look, you get to see the room during the free tour and then do a wine tasting Smile
